Owens is a graduate of Parkside High School, where he currently remains coaching the Rams’ High School Baseball team. After graduating, Owens went to Salisbury University, earning a Bachelor's in Elementary Education, and now working as a teacher in the Wicomico County Public Schools. Involved in the Rams program now for 9 years, Owens is starting his fifth year of coaching at Parkside, where he has served as Head Junior Varsity Coach and Varsity Assistant since 2019.
Owens is beginning his sixth year as a coach of the Wicomico Blue Sox, fifth as manager. Since taking over in 2019, Owens has dedicated time to bringing Legion Baseball back to the Eastern Shore and getting Wicomico back to states.
At twenty-seven, Owens coaching experiences have also included coaching with the Delmarva Aces, East Coast Titans and being a coach at Delmarva Pony League since the age of sixteen.

Ryan Weaver is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Master's in Leadership. Weaver currently teaches at leadership and civics at Salisbury University. Weaver is also the Manager of the Club Baseball Team at Salisbury.
Weaver is very involved in the community, including the local baseball community. Weaver has dedicated much of his time over the past several years to Fruitland Little League and Force, managing two All-Star teams and a board member for both organizations.
Coach Weaver will be entering his second season as a member of the Blue Sox staff as the bench and analytics coach for the squad.

Ron Smith is a graduate of Parkside High School, where he went on to attend Lee University in Tennessee. Smith has much coaching experience across the shore, as he has assisted coaching in both the Shockers and Aces travel organizations, while also being a coach at the Delmarva Pony League for over ten years.
Smith enters his fifth season of being the Head Coach of the Junior Varsity Rams at Parkside High School and fifth season as the pitching and bench coach of the Wicomico Blue Sox.

Trevor Owens is a graduate of Parkside High School and is currently attending Salisbury University to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. Owens specializes in strength and conditioning.
Owens is entering his third year as a coach of the Blue Sox and his second year as a member of the Parkside coaching staff, his first as the Varsity Pitching Coach.
